These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between you and Soft Tech. By accessing, browsing, or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with these terms, do not use this site. The material on this site is protected by law, including international treaties. This site is controlled and operated by Softech’s head office in Dubai.
Geographical Use and Compliance
We make no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
Governing Law

Software, Information, and Services
Unless otherwise agreed in separate licensing or maintenance agreements, Softech liability is limited as follows:
- Softech shall have unlimited liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- Softech shall not be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages, or any damages resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of software, documents, provision of or failure to provide services, or information available from the services.
- In cases of simple negligence of a substantial contractual duty (cardinal duties), Softech’s liability is limited to compensate for typically foreseeable damages.
- All further liability for negligent conduct is excluded.
Limited responsibility for Hyperlinks
We regularly check and control any content and graphics of third-party websites linked through our site to ensure they do not contain any morally harmful or illegal content (“inadmissible content”). Upon discovering objectionable content, we will immediately delete the respective hyperlink.
However, we cannot entirely exclude the fact that inadmissible content may be temporarily available on such websites. At this moment, we dissociate from any objectionable content on such websites and expressly reject such content as about or related to us in any manner. If you discover any objectionable content, please notify us immediately so we can take appropriate measures.
Member Accounts and Passwords
If you are required to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing current, complete, and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You will also choose a password and a username.
All passwords are stored encrypted. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any activities under your account.
You agree to notify Softech immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We will not be liable for any loss you may incur due to someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be liable for losses incurred by Softech or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else’s account without the account holder’s permission.
